Last time I checked you also needed two additional "maintenance" files. I
tried installing just from this list and it didn't work too well. Note, too,
that some sites seem to have a mixture of old and new stuff. I ran into one
that had 254 instead of 274, where the FAQ didn't match the stuff in the
directory. Here's what I ended up getting from math.utexas.edu:
bnu22bn.zip djdev111.zip gas211dc.zip gpp257.zip objc257.zip
bnu22dc.zip djdoc111.zip gcc257bn.zip install txi210bn.zip
dj111m1.zip djeoe111.zip gcc257dc.zip mak369dc.zip txi210dc.zip
dj111m2.zip gas211bn.zip
There may be some redundancy here, and I didn't get the bison/flex stuff.
Ignore "install"; that's mine. Make sure to unzip the *m{1,2}.zip last.
