One that I use is VIM 1.27 by Brian Moolenaar probably at oak.oakland.edu
in pub/msdos/editors. This is a VI iMitation but pretty close and
complete, even has online help. Based on stevie and elvis and has many
improvements over them. Available on many platforms including amiga,
unix,..
