New year, new troubles ;-)

I've been poking around in the latest JCOOL C++ library and it looks
very inviting.  Unfortunately, while the docs allude to a djgpp compile,
there are no instructions and all my attempts only generate bizarre
template errors.

Has anyone successfully compiled the JCOOL library for 1.11?
