Please ignore this posting if you have already seen it since my first
posting did not seem to make the list. In any event, profiling seems to
fail when a large global array is declared. profiling works fine with
example program t07.c but fails if a large global array is declared at
the beginning:

unsigned char a[100000];

Array sizes down to about 45000 will cause the failure on my machine.
If anyone has any suggestions, please post them.
