Subject:	Graphics under 1.11.maint1

I have a graphics application that worked before 1.11.maint1 of djgpp.
I set it up to compile using gr or grx routines, depending on a
preprocessor flag.  Now either version crashes in GRsetmode() or
generates no graphics output.

I have a 486, with an ati graphics ultra+, and have told go32 to use
the atiultra.grn (for the grx version), or ati.grd, atipro.grd,
vga.grd, or nothing (for the  gr versions).

I'm probably doing something stupid, but I don't know what.  Any
suggestions would be most appreciated.
