Hi folks,
Sorry if it has been reported already, I just subscribed.
I installed 1.11 (I used 1.09 before) and tried it under windows.
It works!!! Great. Thanks DJ! 

I found the only one problem.
If you press ^Break in a DOS box under Windows 
then  Windows 3.1 closes  the DOS box completely and returns  to
the program manager. It is not the worst yet. Sometimes it closes
the DOS box and then hangs the windows competely. The screen is just black.

With plain DOS (without windows) I do not have any problems with ^Break.

Configuration:
windows3.1, smartdrive, dos 5.0 and windows 3.1.
