If you are using a pre-1.11 go32 and 1.11's binaries, you may get
this.  A few more interrupt handlers were added to go32 v1.11.

If your application is trying to do interrupts (i.e. bios calls) and
go32 still doesn't support them, You'll need to use DPMI to perform
those interrupts.  See <dpmi.h>.
