The contrib modules (ae*, for example) are self-contained.  If it's
not in there, it doesn't exist.

bnu22bn-coff.zip creates coff executables instead of a.out
executables.  The debugger cannot handle them, but they need less
memory in DPMI environments.

The only debug32 docs are docs/debug32.doc
