You need to link with libpc.a, so use -lpc on your command line:

cc -o myprog myprog.c -lcurses -lpc -lc

BTW I wrote this, but I no longer support it. There is a thing called
ncurses out there that I seem to recall has been hacked to work with DJGCC.
It's _very_ close to AT&T curses, so you might want to look into it. Mine
was born out of necessity, and is BSD-flavor with my own PC-oriented
extensions.
