Try using "gcc -v hello.cc".  It will tell you what programs you are
running (there are many).  You are probably either missing the C++
front end (cc1plus.exe) or the linker (ld.exe).  If you're using 1.09
and cc1plus is missing, get djgpo222.zip.  If you're using 1.10 and
the linker is missing, get bnu22bn.zip.
