Subject: GRX with C++

Sorry if this is a case of not RTF closely enough, or if there
is an example I've missed, but I was reading through the GRX
docs and notice the graphics context functions will allocate
memory sufficient for the context, but didn't find any functions
to compute the size required.

My worry is this: In C++, isn't 'new' incompatible with 'malloc'
and thus the functions that create a context (being C and using
malloc) will require I allocate space with 'new' first?
