Just for a change from missing file questions and bug reports/fixes...

Is the software available which was used to generate the font files for
LIBGRX - or does it correspond to some standard bitmap format?

Is their any freely available software for converting between the different
formats - e.g. from MAC resources to fb - or better still producing bitmaps
directly from PostScript or TrueType fonts - or better yet, producing F3 fonts
from PostScript or TrueType. I realize this is straying from djgpp, but my
primary need is for some 72 to 360pt fonts for LIBGRX (for which I only have
PS and TT (and MAC bitmap versions in sizes up to 24pt)?

Any pointers, including to a better forum for the query, will be appreciated.
