A patched version of GO32 V1.10c has been uploaded to omnigate.clarkson.edu:

Here is the readme from this archive.  I would say it's beta type stuff, so 
send any problems with it directly to me (sandmann AT clio DOT rice DOT edu).  The load
speed certainly won't inspire you to drop DOS, but once it's running it's okay.

This file contains the patches necessary to layer on top of GO32 V1.10c in
CSGO110C.ZIP to create an version of GO32 which will run under the DOS emulation
of Microsoft Windows NT.  A binary version GO32NT.EXE is also provided.  All 
changes required are to work around NT bugs.  Memory is allocated in 2Mb 
increments due to NT DPMI problems with the resize memory block command.  This 
may waste up to 2Mb of memory under non-NT setups, so this image will perform
more poorly than 1.10c for non-NT DPMI providers.
