To: djgpp AT sun DOT soe DOT clarkson DOT edu

The default precision of %f, etc. in printf and others
is *six* decimal places, in Unix version of gcc and other cc;
however, it is *seven* decimal places in djgpp (v1.10).

Is it intentional? Or is it a bug?
