Subject: Borland licensing

I have now found two copies of Borland's "No-nonsense license statement".
They are different, and they are not dated. One, which I think came with
TC++ 1.0, prohibits distributing compilers, development environments and
DOS extenders. But the other, which I think came with BC++ 3.0 only applies
this restriction to Objectwindows. I will post a query in the Borland
conference on BIX and see if I can get an official statement on whether GO32
can be distributed if compiled with recent Borland compilers.
