Use "aout2exe prog" to make `prog' (output of gcc) into `prog.exe'.

Some of the utils are turbo-C specific, mostly because they were
written a long time ago when gcc didn't support a lot of things that
turbo-C did and I never got around to upgrading them.

When compiling C++, make sure you add "-lgpl" to the command line to
get the C++ library.
