If you use binutl22.zip, you must add '-s' to gcc to get the executable file
to work. Like:

      gcc -s ...........

There is no need for '-s' if you use binutl22-fix.zip.

The linkers in both files can produce COFF output files.

Please don't use gas21.zip. Because the 'as' in it always opens file in text
mode.
