Could somebody send me stubbytes.h?  It is used by aout2exe.  I don't think
it's very tricky --- probably only defines the stub_bytes structure.  If this
is some copy protected piece of code, I can probably reverse engineer and
post it.

I'm tired of having to run aout2exe on the DOS box after I do my cross
compile!
