I wrote a driver for the WD90C31, it is at omnigate.clarkson.edu (128.153.4.2)
at pub/msdos/djgpp/pub/wd90cvga.zip
Let me know if you have any problems with it. Does your VGA support more
than 256 colors? The documentation on this chip is so bad that I couldn't
tell if it had any >256 color modes. If it does then I'd want to add them
to the driver.
