The linker is in BNU22BN.ZIP, and there is also a later version in
BINUTL22-FIX.ZIP (? I renamed my copy to fit the DOS 8.3 name limits).
As I recall, the original announcement of the minimal set of necessary files
omitted this one, and it was corrected later.
