I'm willing to work with Keith (again), but at the time there were
non-reconcilable differences between djgpp and simtel20 policy.
Simtel20 wanted all files to be smaller than 360K for floppy
distribution. This is ridiculous for djgpp, which is about 11Mb in
full. I'd be happy to upload the stuff to Simtel20 before omnigate if
I can get adequate instructions for doing so. I don't think they'll
give me an account there like the one I use a Clarkson for managing
the djgpp area.

Perhaps omnigate and simtel20 could be attached through a mirror so I
don't have to upload stuff twice? Many other sites mirror omnigate
already.
