Three solutions which work for me:
1. Get 4dos. Then redirect with >& 
2. Install a utility redirecting printer output into a file
   and use ^P
3. Install a screen scrolling buffer like scrollit and simply
   save the whole output (also the pages scrolled away) into
   a file afterwards.
