Well, I was doing something boneheaded WRT binary files, so thanx for all the
messages.  Now, however, I'm having a spot of trouble in determining what the
heck's goin' on WRT my graphics.  I'm attempting to create a "portable" VGA
application using a dell 486 p/50, that supposedly has "Ultra VGA" based around
a Tseng ET4000 W32.

Anyone have experience on this beast? GrSetMode query gotchas? Generic weirdo
mutant gotchas?

joe, in fear of "portability" with on-board graphics...
