     Both of these are sold by Borland.

     Drifting off on another subject, what version of tcc is being used
to compile the currently distributed GO32 (version 1.10)?  I ask because
the infamous demacs "File has changed on disk; really want to edit the
buffer?" bug goes away if I use a GO32 compiled using BCC 3.1.
