Subject: problem with go32 in djgpp110 and graphics

I have just replaced djgpp109 with djgpp110 on a 486, 33MHz pc with ami bios
and 8meg memory. As a first test I compiled the samples/grtask program.
The "main" a.out file it produced runs as expected if I use the
"go32" from version 109, but when I use the "go32" that came with
version 110, then no lines are drawn on the screen, the screen stays
in text mode, but the colors are changed as they would be if the lines
are drawn. This happens with the default vga driver and with the
tseng4k.grd driver. Both drivers work as expected with the old go32,
both fail to put the screen in graphics mode with the new go32.
My graphics card is a Diamond Speedstar Plus version 4.23. It uses
the Tseng chip.
Has anyone else seen this behavior? Is there a problem with using the
old go32 for all new applications? (Unfortunately, I copied the v110
.zip files over the v109 ones, so I can't diff the sources of go32
between old and new.)
