I feel the distribution package for any software should be complete and
internally consistent.  DJGPP is not so, since it cannot be built in
stand-alone fashion using only the files in its distribution file set.
I strongly encourage the individuals who provide this useful software to
reconsider their decision not to include the appropriate make utility
in the distribution.  At the very minimum, if make is not to be found
in the djgpp files, then a directory node on omnigate should be created
to hold make and any other auxiliary utilities required in building djgpp.

It is absurd that each individual who wants to build parts of the djgpp
system must independently try to track down one or more make programs in
order to proceed.
