I don't know if it's on Onmigate, but it is on 
watserv1.uwaterloo.edu:/micro emtex and, apparently (I haven't checked),
somewhere on rusmv1.rus.uni-stuttgart.de [129.69.1.12] (perhaps
/soft/tex/machines/pc/emtex).

I found these yesterday, just before I went home.  This is all I know about
them.

Anybody know where I can get a DOS groff?
