According to the FAQ and listserver notes, I need the following:
 - djdev110.zip
 - gas211bn.zip
 - gcc241bn.zip
 - bnu22bn.zip  

I was hoping to compile ye olde "Hello, world" program,
but I find myself lacking include files.
Surely I don't have to download all of gcc source yet?
Maybe the includes are in the source code to the libraries?
