No, they have not been changed since 1.09.  Please e-mail me a small
test case that shows the problem so that I can fix it for 1.11.

I expect 1.11 to come out in a relatively short timeframe (weeks?) and
solve all the problems 1.10 would have solved if I hadn't had that
deadline to hit.
