I've just uploaded the complete minimal set (including doc and include
files) to ftp.uu.net (192.48.96.9) in /tmp .  I hope this will help
take some load off omnigate.

The minimal set (according to DJ) is now:

        djdev110.zip    basic environment
        gcc241bn.zip    gcc (C/C++/ObjC)
        gas211bn.zip    assembler
        bnu22bn.zip     linker etc.
        djinc110.zip    the includes missing from djdev110
        djdoc110.zip    for readme, faq, copying, copying.dj, etc.

I've successfully used this set to compile hello.c (extensive testing! :-).
