Yes, gcc doesn't just know how to be a cross-compiler.  You must
follow the instructions in INSTALL for *manual* configuration, using
the file information found in the configure.bat script.  You will need
to obtain the djlsr110.zip (library sources) module and cross-compile
those as well.
