The .tgz files in djgpp 1.10 *ARE* the FSF sources - I just renamed
them.  In the binaries (*bn.zip files) there are diffs that are
needed.  For gcc, you don't really *need* any changes, but I added one
for proper debugging information and one to use $TMP as well as
$TMPDIR.

Building a cross compiler is relatively easy, and in fact has been
done many times in the past.
