Subject:	DJGPP and Windows

Congratulations to all involved in bringing 1.10 into being. It's great to
hear that this version supports DPMI, and thus operation under Windows.

A question, though, to which the answer is almost certainly no, but which
can stand raising nonetheless: is it at least possible to write an
actual Windows GUI application with this version of DJGPP? (That is,
clearly no one has created libraries to explicitly support this, but
are there still major theoretical barriers to doing so?)
