There are many makes on the network, but djgpp doesn't include any
directly.  I recommend gnuish make or ndmake.

Get the libgrx modules (cb10*gr*.zip).

They're in the doc zip.

Not really.  djgpp assumes you're familiar with the unix-style
development environment already.
