Well, this may just be coincidence, but ... my boss has one of those
buggers, and Windoze couldn't exit without hanging whenever he had the
net drivers up. The solution was (figure this one out, folks): use
the card's 8514 emulation mode rather than its native mode. So you
might try that and see if it makes a difference. Now, as to _what_
is going wrong, well, uh, .... beats hell out of me.
