Subject: Suggested contrib package for djgpp

It would be really nice if someone could write a package that would
allow an arbitrary C routine to be called 60 times a second (during
the VBL interrupt). I noticed that timer interrupts are mentioned
briefly in the docs, and they seem to be implemented for profiling,
but I don't know how to access them

I would write it myself, but my DOS documentation is extremely poor
and all the vaguely related examples I have seem to rely on
TurboCisms. I don't have access to any compiler but gcc.

Anyway, it _seems_ like this would be really easy for a DOS wizard,
and would make a useful contribution to djgpp.

If anyone wants to throw this together, I'm willing to help in any
way that I can.
