Another wish - that GO32 environment variable parameters could be installed
into stub.exe which would optionally override the ones in your variable.
Thus, I could disable globbing on selective images only by putting noglob
into their stub header.  This would also be very desirable when distributing
images to others when some necessary feature for this one image conflicts
with their normal GO32 environment variable.
