Yes, with go32 as well as debug32, if the file begin executed is nonexistent
the machine hangs requiring reboot;  keyboard is locked (CTRL-ALT-DEL fails
to operate) but a separate reset button on the computer will reset.  This is
a Dell 486/33, DOS 5.0.
