BCC2GRX v1.1 uploaded on omnigate (/pub/msdos/djgpp/pub/bccgrx11.zip)

There were problems with the LIBGRX.A that came with BCC2GRX 1.0 so
here is a new release.

The major changes between v1.0 and v1.1 are :

  - enhanced LIBGRX 1.02 included, 256 color mode problem should be fixed
  - BCC2GRX v1.1 now works with old style graphics drivers (*.grd)
  - initgraph() accepts user defined graphics mode
  - some minor compatiblity enhancements
  - BCC2GRX v1.1 uses non GrCustom...()/GrPattern...() routines when ever
    possible.
