It's a UMB (upper memory block) provider. You need HIMEM in addition
(if you want to use your extended memory). Then you can load most of
your device drivers, etc. high using DEVICEHIGH and LOADHIGH. It works
just fine on my 486, putting everything I have high: himem.sys,
mscdex, smartdrv, ...
