You can call Intel at 800-548-4725 to request the DPMI spec.  (It's
free.)  According to what I heard, Intel sends both 1.0 and 0.9 until
somebody actually implement 1.0, at which point they'll stop sending
out 0.9.

I got both when I called six months ago...
