With all this talk of a new version for go32, I hope that dj doesn't
forget about some of the missing things in the present version.  Most
notably, the signal() and exec() routines.

In addition, it would be nice to have the ability to spawn child
processes with fork(), and then to communicate with them via pipes.  To
be sure, these require a multitasking OS.  Since, djgpp compiled
programs work well under desqview or DV/X, would it be too difficult to
add this support to the routines already supplied by Quarterdeck?  If
this requires any special changes to go32, perhaps now is the time to
make them.
