I have now put the file dld323.zip onto ftp.math.niu.edu in
pub\msdos\djgpp.stuff\contrib.  This is the work of Mike Castle
<mcastle AT cs DOT umr DOT edu>.  I had been asked for this as Mike's posting
had disappeared.  this is the file as I received it.
