Does the extension --inc-- have some special meaning for the gcc?
Whet I tried to compile the next foo.cc
gcc -c foo.cc
------------------------------------- foo.cc ---------
double a ;
void foo (void) {
#include "slater.inc" << ------- here
}
------------------------------------ slater.inc -----
a = 1 ;
------------------------------------------------------
I got
foo.cc:3 Bad format encounter while reading precompiled file
If I changed slater.inc to slater.in everything is o'k.
BTW What does this error mean? May be gcc supports precompiled headers ?
Or it is only going to do it?
I found the string " ...-noprecomp" in cpp.exe
but no mention about such thing in documnetation.
