Subject: the "ansi" keyword for GO32=

There seems to be a terrible misconception that the "ansi" keyword (as
in "set go32=ansi") means to use ANSI.SYS. This is completely
incorrect. All this keyword does is cause debug32 (NOT GO32) to
*emit* ansi control sequences to change the color of the output text
when displaying source code, so that source lines are different color
than assembler lines and prompts. It has no other affect.
