I'm hoping that at some point a version of gnuish-make with the proper
default rules can be make, with full sources, so that I can do exactly
that.  If anyone would like to put together such a module, I'd be
happy to put it in the distribution.  Note that sources must be
included, with a heirarchy like this:

bin/make.exe
doc/make.i*  (info files)
src/make362/*.{c,h,etc}

This is similar to all the other FSF-based source distribution
modules.
