I think the answer to this one turned out to be that debug32 was about
as good as it was getting. Since gdb is a very unix-ish device (running
and monitoring another process), it would be mostly impossible to port
to dos. With the improvements to go32 that have been discussed recently,
a better gdb-ish debugger might be implemented in the future. Again,
it's all very iffy.
