MS Fortran and go32 are two pairs of shoes. From what I know MSF uses
a segmented (real mode) CPU memory model while go32 switches the CPU into
protected mode. Even if MSF would now use protected mode I hardly believe they
use VCPI. Also the object file formats would be different.

An alternative would be to use f2c (which is bundled into djgpp 1.0[89]
anyway.
