Not quite.  If you only get binaries then you can redistribute *those*
binaries with a pointer back to where you got them for sources.  Since
I send out sources, this never applies for anything related to djgpp.
If you generated the binaries, you are responsible for making the
source available (when the GPL applies).

"Through the same distribution channel".  According to the FSF, if you
put it out for FTP the "same channel" is the same FTP site.  If mail
order, you must give a written note guaranteeing availability for no
less than three (3) years.

Unless they are (1) derived from GPL source, (2) include GPL source,
or (3) are required to rebuild your application, if your application
uses GPL libraries.
