Subject:	Windows 3.1 question

I'm told that people have written MS-Windows 3.1 libraries
which allow loading and executing djgpp a.out files.  These
are based on the new 3.1/32-bit API.

Can anyone point me to a reference or anonymous FTP site for
this info?  I'm also interested to learn if there is
anything further needed for bringing demacs up under Windows
3.1.  Thanks very much.
